Frozen Motion II, Model: Lana

Dieses Bild ist (wie Frozen Motion I) auf einem Workshop von Calumet in München mit Marian Wilhelm im Westside Studio entstanden. Nach vielen Versuchen ein Tuch durch das Bild zu werfen und so Dynamik darzustellen hatte es endlich geklappt. Als Licht habe ich zwei indirekte Blitze von links und rechts gesetzt sowie mit eine zentrale grosse Softbox verwendet. In Farbe wirkt die Bildaussage nicht so gut, weswegen ich es in Schwarzweiss konvertiert habe und die Kontraste und Strukturen herausgearbeitet habe.

I’ve captured this picture (like Frozen Motion I) on a calumet workshop with Marian Wilhelm in the Westside Studio in Munich. After a lot of efforts to throw a scarf through the picture in order to show dynamic it finally worked. I used for the light setting two flash lights from the left and right for the background and one central positioned softbox. The coloured version of the picture doesn’t support the central picture statement why I converted it into black&white and increased the contrasts and structures.
